SportWee is committed to protecting the privacy of minors and the confidentiality of data transmitted by organisations (Clubs, Municipalities, Relais Houses).
The SportWee application is a consultation and attendance tool.
Data processed: Child's name, first name and group.
Parent Data: No collection of personal data (name, email, phone). Access is via an anonymous access code. For push notifications, we collect a technical device identifier and the parent access code, solely to deliver notifications. No name, email or phone number is requested from parents.
Purpose: Transport safety (shuttles) and management of sports attendance.
Sharing: No data is shared with advertising networks or analytics tools.
For push notifications, we use the OneSignal service (subcontractor). OneSignal receives a technical device identifier and the parent access code to deliver notifications. OneSignal does not sell data and does not engage in targeted advertising.
Shuttle tracking: If the shuttle tracking option is enabled, parents can follow the shuttle progress in real time: the driver indicates arrival at each stop and confirms pickup of each child. No GPS position is collected.
SportWee processes data relating to minors. Access to this data is strictly limited to legal guardians who have the code provided by the responsible Organisation. We do not include any social or chat features between minors.
Data is retained only for the duration of the sports or school season.
Deletion: In accordance with Apple and Google rules, any user may request deletion of displayed data by contacting the issuing Organisation (Club or Municipality) directly or by sending a request to support@sportwee.lu.
